DESCRIPTION: The project is main villa consisting of one Basement floor which is intended for parking spaces, services and swimming pool, Ground floor (private residential), First floor (private residential) and Roof floor (services). ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design for Al Yousif & Sons Villas. The project was designed to target Estidama One Pearl Design Rating system by applying different strategies to reduce the buildings' carbon footprint.
